Executive Vice-President, Chief Investment Officer

Tara joined Equitable in 1997 and over her tenure has served as Portfolio Manager, Senior Portfolio Manager, Director of Portfolio Risk Management and Director of Portfolio Management in the Equitable Asset Management Group.  

Tara was most recently Vice President of Capital Markets prior to being named Senior Vice President Investments in 2021. 

Tara is responsible for leading Equitable Asset Management Group that provides management of our company's overall investment portfolio as well as the internally managed segregated funds. 

Tara holds an Honours Bachelor of Math and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Management (FRM) charterholder.
