Executive Vice-President, Individual Insurance
Martin Reeves leads Equitable’s Individual Insurance business and is accountable for strategy, product and marketing, distribution, finance, underwriting and operations. Martin has over 20 years of insurance industry in Canada and internationally. Martin joined Equitable in 2021 as Actuarial and Finance Vice President and most recently served as Head of Individual Insurance Business. Prior to that Martin held numerous roles in product, pricing, finance and actuarial in individual insurance and individual wealth lines of businesses in Canada, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Bermuda with a multi-national insurer.
Martin is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the I.H. Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba.
