We regret to announce the passing of Rob Badun, Director of Equitable Life. Mr. Badun joined the Board in 2012 and served as Chair of our Senior Credit and Investment Policy Committee from 2013 to 2020.  Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife Eileen and his family.
