November 20, 2024 - Equitable has electronic options to help you do business with us easily and seamlessly, even during a postal strike. If you’ve already signed up for our e-services, there’s no need to change anything. If you haven’t yet, here’s how you can get started:
- If you’re already an individual insurance or investment client, use Equitable Client Access® to sign up for electronic access to your statements, letters, and policy information electronically.
- Group Plan Administrators, avoid interruptions in service by signing up for and using our e-services available through EquitableHealth.ca, including paperless billing and pre-authorized debit.
- Group Plan Members, avoid disruptions by activating your online account to submit claims electronically and set up direct deposit and email claims notifications. Visit our Guide to Getting Started Online for full instructions.
Urgent correspondence, such as contracts, confirmation, cancellation and decline letters as well as cheques will be sent out by courier.
During the strike, please avoid putting time sensitive items in the mail. Get in touch if you need help signing up for digital services or need more options.
