November 3, 2014 - Equitable Life of Canada launched its refreshed plan member website today with a new look and user-friendly design that makes it easier to navigate.
Equitable Life plan members can easily access their coverage details, claims status, health resources and latest benefits news from the site’s homepage. This at-a-glance design encourages them to explore the wealth of health-related content and resources on the site, and helps them discover more about what their benefits plan has to offer.
The new design also makes it simpler for plan members to get information about their claims. Now, they can view recent claims directly from the homepage. Once on the claims page, they can see a claims overview chart and access line-by-line claim details. Icons next to each claim make it easy to identify the type of claim. And a new sorting capability allows plan members to filter claims by claimant, date and benefit.
The improved site is tablet-friendly, so plan members can conveniently access their claims information from wherever they want. It also features encrypted technology to protect their privacy.
