Equitable Life of Canada launched its refreshed plan administrator website today with a brand new look and exciting new functionality.
The newly designed site features a single dynamic home page that allows plan administrators to access all of their services and content at-a-glance.
“The design is more user-friendly and easier to navigate,” says Norma Crouse, Equitable Life’s Assistant Vice-President of Claims and Administration. “It allows plan administrators to quickly update plan member changes, perform administrative updates and easily find the documents they need.”
As well, the site includes several enhanced features and new functionality, including:
- A new premium calculator that allows plan administrators to estimate monthly premium costs per benefit for individual plan members;
- The ability to update banking information after enrolment on behalf of plan members;
- A streamlined process for updating plan member information, including changing family categories for health or dental benefits; and
- A restructured enrolment tool to deliver a better user experience.
“The changes are all based on feedback our clients provided to our service teams,” says Crouse. “We used their suggestions to deliver a helpful resource tool that meets their needs.”
