The Impact Team is made up of three teams that each play a big role in how we create great experiences and outcomes for our clients, advisors and members. The Brand Impact team maintains our brand standards. The Client Impact and Sustainability team helps the whole organization focuses on keeping the client at the centre of all we do – in a sustainable way. The Data Impact Team helps us to build a better experience using data to drive decisions and insights. The opportunities in this area include graphic design, data analysis, program management and project management. They also play a key role in strategic planning and our commitment to the Fair Treatment of Clients.
