Andrea Bolger is an experienced financial services senior executive and board member. She is a former Executive Vice-President for RBC Royal Bank and through her 30-year tenure with RBC she developed deep experience in strategic business leadership with a focus on commercial banking, wealth management and enterprise-wide risk management.

Andrea is currently on the boards of Equitable Life Insurance Company of Canada, Teranet, Laurentian Bank of Canada, and Embark (formerly Knowledge First Financial).

Andrea holds an ICD.D Designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors, Rotman School of Business, an MBA from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Commerce, from Carleton University.
