We have partnered with Cloud DX to provide the Cloud DX Connected Health™ virtual care service—free for 6 months—to all our eligible EquiLiving® Critical Illness Insurance claimants.*

At Equitable® , our clients are our top priority. As part of our commitment to clients, EquiLiving Critical illness claimants can choose to have Cloud DX virtually monitor their vitals while they recover. This includes receiving tailored medical grade devices and six months of continuous virtual care monitoring.
Accessing Cloud DX service is easy!
If you are approved for an eligible claim, your Equitable client care specialist will discuss this valuable service with you. If you are interested, the client care specialist will arrange for Cloud DX to contact you to register you for the service.

Who is Cloud DX?
Cloud DX is a leading virtual care service provider, based and run in Canada. Cloud DX invents, manufactures, and distributes medical grade devices to track vitals. Through the Connected Health app, care team members remotely monitor and review patient vital signs and trends, complete with built-in notifications for irregular readings.
Cloud DX is an independent company from Equitable. Equitable is not responsible for the products and services of Cloud DX and will have no liability for those products and services should you decide to take advantage of this benefit.

*Cloud DX is a non-contractual benefit and may be withdrawn or changed by Equitable at any time. To be eligible for the Cloud DX offering, a claimant must be age 12 or older and have received payment on or after February 12, 2022, for a covered critical condition benefit under an individual critical illness insurance policy issued by Equitable Life. An early detection benefit payment does not qualify. Equitable pays for 6 months of Cloud DX subscription fees. If the claimant wishes to continue the Cloud DX service after 6 months, they will be responsible for the cost. This is not an emergency service! In an emergency, clients should call 911 or visit their nearest hospital emergency department.
