Accountabilities:

  • Manage day to day operations effectively and efficiently
  • Development of motivated team focused on developing knowledge, talent and skill
  • Development of team focused on improving processes, providing added value to our clients and reduction of expenses
  • Participation and/or support of special projects
  • Budget management
  • Leadership, coaching and development of staff
  • Monitoring service standards
  • Setting daily priorities and staffing accordingly

Qualifications:

  • Ability to develop understanding of Corporate, Group and Individual business service level requirements and business needs
  • Excellent relationship skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels across the organization
  • Leadership and management skills, including the ability to influence the organization’s decision makers
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to handle escalated  Customer Service related issues
  • Comfortable working with Mail processing machines.  i.e. postage and courier, mail inserters, scanners,  and their related software.
  • Strong numerical comprehension for data collection and analysis
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Ability to impart knowledge to others and work in a team environment
  • Provide Direction and Motivation to teams
  • Strong problem solving ability (analytical skills)
  • Process management skiils and Superior Service driven
