Key Department Functions:

  • Servicing and maintaining relationships with new and existing policyholders, Advisors and their staff
  • Working with both French and English-speaking clients via phone and correspondence to administer service and process all new and inforce policies in an accurate and professional manner
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service by developing and maintaining a solid knowledge of industry legislation, Company practices and products, and Independent Producer contracts

Frequent Qualifications Include:

  • Annuity and Individual product knowledge
  • Solid understanding of the customer service function, preferably acquired in an insurance/annuity environment
  • Degree or diploma in business, finance or liberal arts
  • ACS designation
